Synopsis
“The Beast of Bray Road” (2025) is a horror comedy film set in Elkhorn, Wisconsin directed by, written by, and starring 4 young men from the same town. It follows Ben and Zach, two amateur YouTubers, and their friends Eddie and Alex, who will do just about anything for internet virality. This time though, the group takes on more than they can handle as a prank gone awry awakens a dormant Elkhorn legend set on giving them exactly what they wanted… in all the worst ways.
Cast
Benjamin Brauer
Often taking advantage of his friend’s willingness to help out with his videos and projects, Ben will use any excuse to turn what would be a normal hang-out into a scheme for views on his YouTube channel. This usually results in pranks and cheap bits and the expense of the others, especially Alex, who’s seen as the butt of all their jokes.
Zach Barker
As the co-owner of the groups YouTube channel Goofy Funny, Zach likes to make sure that he appears at his best in the videos that they post. He may not be as outwardly cruel as Ben, but he doesn’t mind messing with Alex and Eddie every once and a while.
Eduardo Valadez
Long time friend of Zach, Eddie will put up with anything the duo try and pull on him to keep his friends around. He doesn’t much care for their YouTube channel, but knows that lending a hand is more entertaining than sitting around at home, especially when Alex is around.
Alex Huerta
No one really knows why he still chooses to be around this group. He doesn’t get any money, fame, or let’s be honest, good memories from sticking around. He might just be a good guy, or like Eddie, bored with the mundanity of small town living
